SportiveWorld is a basketball data and analysis platform with an assistant based on artificial intelligence. It offers statistics, comparisons, analysis and informational content. The assistant's results are generated automatically and may contain errors; they do not constitute professional advice and must not be taken as betting or investment advice.

You can use part of the service without an account. For personalised features you can sign in with a link or code sent by email, with Apple or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for the use made of your account.

You can delete your account and your data at any time from Profile → Delete my account inside the app, or by writing to us at hola@sportiveworld.com.

SportiveWorld Plus is a paid subscription that raises the usage limits and unlocks advanced features (the assistant without the limits of the free plan, greater data depth, export and extended sources). The free plan allows a limited number of queries to the assistant per day.

• Prices: €9.99 per month or €79.99 per year. The applicable price, in your currency, is always shown inside the app before you confirm the purchase.
• Billing and renewal: the subscription is purchased through your Apple account (App Store) and renews automatically for the same period, at the same price, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge: Apple will charge for the renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Management and cancellation: you can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple ID Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period already paid for.
• Restore purchases: if you change device, you can restore your subscription from the app's own paywall.

Payments, refunds and renewals are managed by Apple under its own terms. Refunds are requested from Apple.

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, not to attempt to breach its security, not to carry out mass or automated extraction of data, and not to resell or exploit the service without authorisation.

The software, the design and the original content of SportiveWorld belong to its owner. The names of teams, competitions and players, and any trademarks that may appear, belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and identification purposes.

SportiveWorld is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the NBA or by any league, team or sports organisation. The statistical data is provided for information purposes.

The assistant uses third-party artificial intelligence systems. Its answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information before making decisions based on it. How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

We strive to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for technical reasons. We may modify, add or withdraw features. If we make significant changes to these terms or to the price of the subscription, we will let you know reasonably in advance.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the content is free of errors. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the information in the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer recognised by law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.
